Terms

«Personal data» means any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data) that is transmitted by the user when registering and creating an account on the site, as well as information that is obtained from the use of a cookie when visiting the site.

This privacy policy of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the relationship between SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC Rus LLC (OGRN (Primary State Registration Number) 5157746034903, TIN (Individual Taxpayer Number) 7743378236, address: sh. Dmitrovskoye, 71B, floor 6 rooms. 4/6, municipal district Western Degunino, Moscow, 125504) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator/SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC) and any individual who provided their personal data when registering on the site, or otherwise transferred their personal and personal information to the Operator (hereinafter referred to as the "User") in the field of providing and processing User's personal data. 2.1. This Policy is an official document of SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC and applies to SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC websites www.ctt-expo.ru, www.ctt-digest.ru, www.construction-innovation.ru , www.ktt-magazine.ru , www.comvex.ru , www.best-comvehicle.ru , as well as all sites of other SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC projects (hereinafter referred to as the site).
1.3. This Policy applies to all personal data that can be obtained from individuals by the Operator during their registration as visitors or participants of exhibitions and other events organized by SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC, through the websites of exhibitions, events, and which can be unambiguously correlated with a specific individual and his personal data.
1.4. Using the site means the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal information specified therein. In case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the site.
1.5. The processing and security of personal data of SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No.152 "On Personal Data".
1.6. The period of processing and storage of personal data by the Operator is not defined and is valid until the registered User requests withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with paragraph 4.1. of this Policy, or until the actual termination of the use of personal data for the purposes specified in section 2 of this Policy. After the expiration of the period of processing, storage of personal data, the processed personal data is subject to destruction or depersonalization.



2. Purpose of personal data processing

2.2. SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC uses the User's personal information for the following purposes:
- conclusion of an application agreement, processing of applications, requests or other User actions related to his registration as a visitor or participant of an exhibition or other event;
- providing the User with services and services posted on the site;
- communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the site's services, the provision of services;
- improving the quality of site services, the convenience of their use, the development of new site services and services;
- sending news and advertising materials to the User, notifications about exhibitions and other events of SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC;
- for other purposes, if the relevant actions of SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC do not contradict the current legislation, the activities of SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC, and the User's consent has been obtained for carrying out the specified processing.
2.3. The User has the right at any time to request and receive information about the methods of processing personal data used by SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC, the volumes, terms of processing and storage and other data provided for by Federal Law No. 152 "On Personal Data", as well as to withdraw consent to the processing of his personal data, in case of sending an official notification.


3. Collection, use and disclosure of personal data

3.1. SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC collects only those personal data that are necessary for registration at exhibitions and other events as a visitor or participant, and which the User specifies in the registration form or application contract for a specific event, including:
Full name;
E-mail;
Contact phone number;
Name of the company where you are employed;
Position, profession, occupation;
Address.
3.2. Actions or a set of actions for the processing of personal data may include the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data of Messe Muenhen, provided that such actions do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation and moral and ethical standards.
3.3. The User's personal data is obtained by the Operator:
- by personal transfer of personal data by the User when entering information into registration and registration forms in electronic form on the SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC website;
- by personally transferring the User's personal data when contacting the service center of exhibitions and other events organized by SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC, as well as communicating them orally by phone during the registration process as a visitor or participant of an exhibition or other event;
- in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation and the requirements of international legislation on the protection of personal data.
3.4. Consent to the processing of personal data is considered to be provided by the User performing any action or a combination of the following actions:
- filling out a paper document in the service center of exhibitions and other events organized by SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC;
- registration on the SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC website;
- putting a mark on the appropriate form on the website about consent to the processing of personal data in the amount, for the purposes and in the manner provided for in the text proposed before obtaining consent for review;
- oral communication of personal data when contacting the service center by phone during registration as a visitor or participant of an exhibition or other event organized by SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC.
3.5. The consent is considered to have been received in accordance with the established procedure and is valid until the User sends a corresponding application to terminate the processing of personal data in accordance with clause 4.1. of this Policy.
3.6. If the User is a representative of the company, by entering his personal data into the application contract, filling out various forms, applications, questionnaires, comments, reviews and responses on the website, the User also confirms his consent to the inclusion of the User's personal data in the register of subjects who have expressed a desire to receive information about the organization and conduct of

3.14. The User should bear in mind that all exhibitors participating in the SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC exhibition events act independently of SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC and do not act on behalf of or on behalf of SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC.
3.15. SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC is not responsible for the disclosure of the User's personal data by the exhibitors or for other illegal actions of the exhibitors with them. At the same time, SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of the User's personal data during their processing by the exhibitors, as well as to prevent any illegal actions with the User's personal data.
3.16. In order to prevent fraudulent transactions, the submitted data for scoring purposes (verification of reliability) may be transferred to SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC partners.
SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC advertising, marketing and exhibition events, including advertising.
3.7. The User can withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time, provided that such a procedure does not violate the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.8. SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC reserves the right to use depersonalized information related to the data specified by the User when filling out the application agreement and other registration forms posted on the website.
3.9. SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC does not verify the authenticity of the name and contact details provided during registration, nor does it collect information about site visitors and participants from other sources, such as public registers, directories for individuals or legal entities.
3.10. SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC does not sell or disclose personal data about Users to anyone.
3.11. SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC has the right to transfer personal data about the User to third parties only if:
3.11.1. The user has given his consent to disclose this information (including to exhibitors participating in the SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC exhibition events);
3.11.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use a certain service of the site or to fulfill a certain agreement or contract with the User or to provide services to the User;


4. Ability to edit and delete personal data

4.1. SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC provides Users with the opportunity to clarify or revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time by sending an email to info@ctt-expo.ru, or by sending a notification to the postal address of the SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC office: sh. 5. Consent to receive advertising information via telecommunication networks

5.1. By registering as a visitor or participant of an exhibition or other event, leaving a request for mailing, subscribing to receive advertising information:
- in the service centers of exhibitions and events organized by SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC (by filling out the corresponding document on paper);
- on the SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC website (by ticking the User's box on the corresponding web page);
- by telephone orally when contacting SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC, the User consents to the processing of his personal data and to receive information messages from SIGMA EXPO GROUP
LLC and third parties involved in SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC, including commercial advertising information (advertising) specified in paragraph 2.2. of this Policy, via telecommunication networks (by the provided mobile phone number and email address).
5.2. By giving the consent specified in clause 5.1 of this Policy, the User confirms that he acts of his own free will and in his own interests, as well as that the specified personal data is reliable.


6. Ensuring the security of Users' personal data

6.1. SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC is responsible for ensuring the security of personal information posted and stored on servers related to the operation of the site. SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC takes reasonable security measures, including physical, administrative and technical security measures. These measures may include access control methods or other physical security measures, information security technologies and policies, procedures to help ensure proper deletion of information, special software tools.

8. Automatic collection and processing of data on the website (Cookies, HTML requests)

9. Final provisions

9.1. Other rights and obligations of the parties not regulated by this Policy when receiving, processing and storing personal information are regulated by the current Russian legislation and Federal Law No.152 of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".
9.2. SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this Policy without notifying the User, while maintaining the basic principles, conditions and requirements for obtaining,
processing and storing personal data established by law, in connection with which, the User is recommended to regularly monitor changes in this Policy posted in the relevant sections of the site.
9.3. Continued use of the site by the User after making changes and/or additions to this Policy means acceptance and consent of the User with such changes and/or additions.
