Logistika Expo 2025. This dynamic event showcased cutting-edge industry expertise and innovation, attracting enthusiastic participation and marking a resounding success.
Held across pavilion halls, outdoor areas, and business program venues,
brought together the specialists of transport and warehouse logistics. Logistika Expo 2025 served as a powerful platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and discovering the latest trends — while also fostering the development of breakthrough solutions by leading experts. More than just a key B2B event, Logistika Expo has emerged as a launchpad for strategic initiatives that will shape the future of the industry.
Part of Russia’s Largest Industrial EXPOLogistika Expo continues its legacy as part of a synergistic industrial platform, co-located with
CTT Expo,
COMvex, and
CTO Expo. The 2025 edition achieved record-breaking results:
- 200,500 sq. m of total exhibition space
- 1,813 exhibitors from 12 countries
- 75,569 visitors from 95 countries and 89 Russian regions
Both exhibitors and visitors noted the powerful benefits of integrating exhibitions with related themes and solutions to address multifaceted business needs. Surveys show that 21% of CTT Expo visitors, 29% of COMvex professionals, and 22% of CTO Expo attendees showed interest in the solutions presented at Logistika Expo.

Exposition and participants The exhibition provided a stage for leading companies to showcase state-of-the-art technologies across all logistics segments, defining the modern image of the industry and accelerating its development.
Logistika Expo featured over 100 brands, including RACKFORK, JAC, NOBLELIFT, XCMG, GK STT, ADVANTA-M, HELI, CHL, LIMGARD, ROBBOX, BAIKAL-SERVICE, AXELOT, EME, MICRON, ATI.SU, BAIKAL-EXPRESS, SCANCODE, TK TEKHNOLOGIYA DVIZHENIYA and many others.
The exhibitor breakdown illustrated the sector’s diversity:
- 50% focused on warehousing solutions
- 30% showcased transport logistics and supply chain services
- 20% presented automation tools
- 10% offered IT solutions for logistics optimization
This broad representation set a new standard for innovation and efficiency in the logistics sector.

Visitor InsightsLogistika Expo attracted
20,448 visitors from
42 countries — a
4% increase over the previous year.
Delegations from Belarus, China, Kazakhstan, Turkiye, and the UAE showed particular interest, while Russia was represented by specialists from 81 regions, with the largest groups coming from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tatarstan, Samara, Nizhniy Novgorod, and Krasnodar.
Notably, two-thirds of attendees hold senior positions, and 72% are involved in strategic procurement and supply chain decisions.
