Logistika Expo 2026: Innovation and partnerships driving competitive growth

From 26 to 29 May 2026, Crocus Expo IEC will host the third edition of Logistika Expo, the international trade fair for logistics, transport, warehousing technologies and equipment.

Having rapidly evolved into one of the industry’s key business platforms, the project continues its

dynamic development in 2026, aligning with market needs and offering comprehensive solutions

through both its exhibition and business program formats.

Outdoor area and central position in the exhibition layout

The exhibition will occupy Hall 6 of Pavilion 2 along with part of Sector D in the outdoor area,

forming the central zone of the entire exhibition. The detailed floor plan is available on the

website.

Logistika Expo brings together leading companies in transport and warehouse logistics, presenting

end-to-end solutions and an extensive infrastructure, from warehouse equipment, automation and IT

management systems to transport vehicles, components, and service technologies.

Visitors will experience live demonstrations of modern systems, review real-world automation

case studies, explore current technological trends, and discover proven solutions to optimize

and transform their business operations.

Strong growth and high market demand

The progressive statistics confirm the confident development of the exhibition.

In 2025, Logistika Expo welcomed over 20,000 professional visitors from 42 countries and 81 regions of Russia, becoming a main point for the industry for four intensive days.

“We always aim to present ourselves where the audience is the largest, right at the heart of the

industry. The results speak for themselves: we have extensive engagement, we meet new companies, and we sign contracts and agreements,” - shared Eldar Uvarov, Autocar.

Participants highlighted the appreciable value of new business connections, the advantages of

showcasing equipment in the outdoor area, and the effectiveness of the synergy format, which brings

a highly relevant audience from related sectors.

“This exhibition is a step forward for our development, new prospects, new contacts, new

partnerships. Visitor traffic is excellent; we’ve received many high-quality leads. The synergy of

several exhibitions is a huge advantage, because different sectors are represented here, and we can

offer our services across all of them,” - noted Ekaterina Strakhova, Baikal Express. More

participant testimonials are available on the Logistika Expo website.

The exhibition is visited annually by executives, top managers, and leading specialists from

cargo-owning companies, wholesale and retail chains, FMCG businesses, manufacturing enterprises,

and the e-commerce sector.

Among the companies represented in 2025 were: Wildberries & Russ, Beluga Group, PepsiCo, Segezha Group, X5 Group, Avtoline, Atomgidromontazh, Main Road, Lemana Pro, Ozon, M.Video, Miratorg, Mosgortrans, Moskvich, Moscow Metro, Norilsk Nickel, Rostelecom, Rusal, Rusman, Rustrak, SDEK, Sibur, SpetsDorStroy, Tekhinkom-Spectech, Ural ferroalloys, Cherkizovo, Chaika-NN, Shacman Russia, Shakhtspecstroyproekt, Sheremetyevo-Cargo and many others.

Non-stop immersion into trends and real case studies

The exhibition’s business program traditionally stands out for its high level of expert dialogue

throughout all four days of the event. The numbers speak for themselves: in 2025, the program

featured 16 specialized and diverse sessions with the participation of 110+ leading Russian and

international experts, bringing together over 1,700 industry professionals.

In 2026, the Logistika Expo business program will cover every stage of the supply chain with a

strong focus on the key drivers of the logistics industry.

Participants will be able to choose dedicated content tracks and dive deeply into the topics that

matter most to them.

The first track will focus on warehouse logistics, including automation and robotics for process

optimization, while the second will cover transport logistics, both international and domestic.

“This exhibition is one of the key events in our transport sector. It brings together the real

businesses that keep the industry moving. Everything starts here: sales, communication, networking.

You won’t find this anywhere else except at an exhibition,” - emphasized Ekaterina Yeremina, Head

of the Public Reception Office under the Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights in Moscow.

The program will highlight the practical experience of leading companies demonstrating the overall effectiveness of logistics strategies, while also presenting a variety of expert perspectives to ensure that each attendee can determine the solutions most relevant to their business needs.

Fleet of the Year Awards

A significant highlight of Logistika Expo 2026 will once again be the industry’s only professional

competition for commercial fleet owners - the Fleet of the Year awards.

This prestigious contest recognizes companies implementing innovative solutions in truck fleet

management and transport logistics. The competition’s general partner is STT Group.

Detailed information on the competition rules, categories, and prizes will be published on the

official website.

Five exhibitions - one integrated business ecosystem

One of the key advantages of Logistika Expo is that it is held as part of a major industry event -

the synergy of five leading sector exhibitions united under the EXPO brand. This large-scale

platform brings together Russia’s flagship shows in their respective fields: CTT Expo

(construction equipment and technologies), COMvex (commercial vehicles and technologies), CTO

Expo (aftermarket, parts, and service), and MINING CTT (mining equipment and technologies).

This integration creates a powerful synergistic effect and a unique ecosystem for professional

engagement. Exhibitors benefit from an expanded flow of highly relevant visitors - not only from

logistics, but also from adjacent sectors represented at the co-located exhibitions. This synergy

maximizes audience reach, strengthens business opportunities, and optimizes resource investment.

According to statistics, 91% of exhibitors highlight the exceptional efficiency and unique

advantages of this multi-exhibition format. The total combined exhibition area will exceed 200,000

sq. m.

We invite you to join this key logistics business platform, discover cutting-edge industry innovations and engage in productive dialogue from 26 to 29 May 2026 at Crocus Expo, Moscow.
