- Participation in the exhibition helps position your brand in the market, increasing its recognition and allowing you to analyze customer needs for implementing new ideas. It also leads to increased sales, the search for new clients, and strengthening relationships with partners, which is a strategically important step for the development of your business.
- The unique synergy format of four exhibitions held simultaneously with Logistika Expo (COMvex, CTO Expo, and CTT Expo) allows to expand the pool of potential partners and clients from related industries.

- The base rental rate of the area varies depending on the type of stand and the area size
- To participate in the exhibition, you must fill out an application form or contact the exhibition manager no later than March 31, 2025
- The Company can participate as a co-exhibitor but only if it is agreed with the Organizer.
- Payment of the registration fee is mandatory for all participants.
- It includes general security of the exhibition area, cleaning of passageways and public squares, access to the Personal Account of the Exhibitor, placement of the company's logo in the online catalog of the exhibition, provision of an Exhibition guide, badges and a diploma of the partic.

- You can order additional services by filling out the forms manager sends you after receiving the application for participation. It is better to order additional services in advance, because after the deadline , the cost is significantly higher.

The general security of the Exhibition Center is organized by Crocus Expo. Security services on the territory of the Exhibition Center can only be ordered from the Organizer. The exhibitor have to take care of the exhibits safety and all belongings on their own, especially at a time when the pavilion is open to visitors, so we recommend a permanent presence at the stand.
The sale of exhibits and equipment, as well as the conclusion of trade deals at exhibitions are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Retail sale of samples on the territory of the exhibition is prohibited. The transfer of pre-sold exhibits from the stands is not allowed until the end of the Exhibition.
Logistika Expo is an international exhibition of warehouse and transport logistics, freight forwarding, equipment for warehouses and transportation, technologies, IT developments, and supply chain management. It is the only exhibition in the logistics sector that offers exhibitors the opportunity to participate in an outdoor exhibition.
